Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for every customer, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.layalii@gmail.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the issue, and we'll be happy to review your request and find a suitable solution.

Please note:

• Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer. 
• Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. 
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
